  1. Do you offer customization?

  2. How do you ship?
    Normally we ship UPS unless you request we ship to a post office box.
  3. Do you offer next day delivery?
    Yes. Next-day and 2-day delivery are available for an extra charge. These orders must be placed by phone: 1.800.566.4298.
  4. Do you offer quantity pricing or bid pricing?

  5. What is your pricing policy?
    National Workwear reserves the right to correct any website and catalog errors. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders where such pricing errors have occurred.
  6. What if I need to return my order?
    All returns and/or exchanges must be completed within thirty (30) days of delivery of goods. Garments that have been worn or washed will not be accepted unless because of manufacturer defect. Items marked "S/C" are special cut items made-to-order for a specific order and may not be returned. Exception applied to any products that have been customized with embroidery, screen print or heat press application. Shipping will not be included in refunds on return orders.   8. Can you provide my company with a uniform program?
    Yes. We can outfit your whole crew from head to toe. Call us at (1.800.566.4298) and let us work with you to setup a uniform program that is just right for you and your employees.
  9. Can you provide my company with a shoe program?
    Yes. We do both mail and internet programs nationwide. Plus, we offer a shoe-truck service where we bring shoes to businesses.   10. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. We will advise you of shipping charges before completing your order. There is no free shipping on international orders. Not all vendors allows us to ship internationally.
